The hotel is right in central Batu, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The bed and bedding were fair quality, hot water was available for showers, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. There were dedicated car parking spots and an elevator. Staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. There was no breakfast option, which came with a cheaper room rate. A few things could be better. The room had no mini-bar fridge or smart TV yet, and only two 500 ml water bottles were provided. The rooftop skylounge restaurant is permanently closed. The pool is far back in the building and may have been closed or under renovation. The area was very dark when we visited at 6 PM. Our balcony door was still unlocked at check-in, and the room didn't block sound well enough to keep out early morning prayer noise from the surrounding area.

Favian gave us excellent service, thumbs up to him. The hotel is nice and pleasantly located in the city, though our room fell short on cleanliness and atmosphere. There was a lingering smell.

The breakfast could use more choices, but the waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful. I'd recommend staying here to others.

The mountain view was wonderful, and the staff provided good service. I recommend the Turkish coffee too. Very good overall.
