The owner is friendly, and the place is quite good and clean. The dining equipment is complete, and the pool is pretty nice. There's also a bathroom by the pool, so you don't have to go back into the villa wet.

There are thoughtful touches for Muslim visitors: each room has a mukennah, prayer mat, and sarong, so you don't need to worry if you forgot your prayer things. The household supplies are well covered too, from plates and glasses to kitchen spices. The building seems fairly new and is still really clean. It's a very homey villa, with a swimming pool and waterfall, and every corner looks aesthetic. Karaoke is included, and the mic is good, HAHAHA. My off-pitch singing even makes me sound like Mahalini 🤣

The house has two small rooms, and with its small size the pool fountain gets really noisy when you're trying to chat. The windows have no bars or safety guards, which is dangerous for children because they could fall into the pool. The fountain runs all the time. There's no AC, so it gets hot, especially at night. Sorry, but the pillows, bolsters, and mattresses weren't comfortable. If you're renting a place out, comfort should come first. Batu is hot now and doesn't feel as cool as it used to.
