The food was good, though breakfast was just so-so. We had a great stay and got upgraded to a triple bed room. Kak Ita at FO was very hospitable. The bathroom and shower area by the pool need work, as they smelled very bad. Overall, still good and recommended for a family trip.

There’s a nice lobby with a piano and a small kids’ playground. My son accidentally broke a glass in the toilet, and I told reception. I was surprised they didn’t charge us. I really like this hotel. We had a clean room with three beds, good AC, and the shower and amenities were all okay. There’s a sitting area in front of the room where you can enjoy the mountain view. It’s in the same area as a beautiful restaurant, water park, and d'cangkul, and just 15 minutes from jatim Park 2.

The pool has an amazing view, the rooms are clean, and the staff are nice. We had a great experience here and will absolutely come back.

The cottage is very close to the breakfast restaurant and ballroom. The room is large enough for a family, with a nice view of the city lights at night, and hot water was always available. But there’s no safety deposit box, the carpet and sofa need vacuuming because of the dust, and the housekeeper didn’t clean the bathroom as thoroughly as I expected during my three-day stay. Wi-Fi was weak, too.
