The house fits 4-7 people and is close to everything, including Batu Market, Jatim Park, and viral cafes. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. There’s parking in front of the unit, plus hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Recommended 👍👍

We stayed on May 10th and there weren’t any towels, toiletries, tea, or sugar. There was CCTV in the living room or dining area, and it really disturbed our privacy. I wear a hijab, so having the camera there while we gathered to eat made me uncomfortable. For the price they charged, I don’t think it was worth it.

The owner is very quick to reply on WhatsApp, and the rent is low. The house itself is clean, beautiful, and Instagrammable. It’s also easy to find, close to Batu Market, JP 3, and plenty of souvenir shops.
