For 120k, I felt the stay was worth the price. The owner was friendly, and the hot water, TV, and fan all worked properly. The bathroom has a sitting toilet and a bathtub. The downside is the small, awkward parking area right in front of the homestay lobby.

The view from my second-floor room was a nice surprise, with mountains visible from the balcony and sitting area. There’s also a dishwashing spot on that floor, and each room has a trash bin. The owner was friendly, though parking only fits small cars and there’s no fence at the front. I booked on April 8th through the OYO app for 55k, then paid an extra 30k at check-in for the water heater. The room and bathroom were clean, and hot water worked well. The bathroom had a mat, a sitting toilet, places for towels and clothes, and a soap dish; two small soaps were provided. The walls are starting to peel a little and the room ceiling is slightly moldy. There was a sink and mirror outside the bathroom, plus two towels, a blanket, four hangers, a small wardrobe, a fan, and a TV that sometimes lost its signal. The bunk spring bed was okay, though you could really feel the springs. There’s an extra mattress underneath, handy if you’re bringing kids. Two chairs in the room made it easy to relax. For under 100,000 Rupiah, I thought all those amenities made it a good deal.

It’s right by the main road, so there’s road noise, and the parking area is small. Motorbikes can fit, but cars may get bumped, so double-locking a car seems safer. Service was friendly, and it’s close to Baloga, but I didn’t think the room quality matched the total price. I booked two rooms for two days. At arrival, I was charged IDR 30,000 per room per day for hot water, adding up to IDR 120,000. The water flow was weak and the bathroom was cramped. Since we had more than two people in one room, there was also a charge of IDR 40,000 per extra person per room. Even after paying that, we didn’t get towels, toothbrushes, soap, pillows, or blankets for the additional guests. The standard supplies were only for two people. The rooms had fans, chairs, tables, and TVs, but changing a channel once made the signal disappear. The mattresses were clean, although some springs were broken and made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no welcome drink, only a small bottle of water, with no tea, coffee, sugar, or glasses. The OYO app price was around Rp280, then another Rp160,000 was added, bringing it to about Rp440. For that amount, I could have paid the same for a hotel booked through a neighboring app. That was my experience. Thank you.
