If you're looking for cheap accommodation in Baru and find this villa on Agoda, I'd avoid paying through the app. The property has closed and changed owners, and the new owner says they aren't responsible for payments sent to the previous owner's account. They also don't work with Agoda.

This was my first time booking a place through AGODA, for New Year's, and it went badly. I booked in early December for the end of the month, but when I arrived they said there was no availability. They arranged a villa somewhere else and asked me to pay extra, even though I'd already paid the full amount when I booked. I can't tell whether the problem was with AGODA or the accommodation.

For the price, this place was perfectly fine for our one night. The owners were really friendly, and the rooms were simple but clean. There's a good range of food and drinks available at reasonable prices. I'd recommend it if you want somewhere basic and inexpensive.

Seriously, don't come here. I booked through Agoda well ahead of time to get a cheaper rate, but when I arrived they insisted that price wasn't possible at the property. They said I could pay more if I wanted, and if not, that was fine, haha. Not recommended :)
