The building feels new and the staff were friendly, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the corner room. It was cool at night and hot in the daytime, and although I saw plenty of empty rooms with fans, mine didn’t have one. When I asked about the facilities, they said there would be amenities and mineral water. I booked online, but nobody asked what kind of room I wanted. It would be better to ask customers before confirming whether they want a room with a fan or not 😊🙏🏻?

I’m looking to book through the RedDoorz app. Which room type should I pick, and what’s the price for one facing the rice fields or looking outwards? Is there a WhatsApp number where I can ask for photos of the different room types?

The views were really beautiful, and I had no problems during my stay. It’s very affordable too. There’s Wi-Fi, warm water, and a fan. AC wasn’t an issue for me since Batu is already very cold. Definitely worth considering if you’re staying in Batu City 💛💛

It stayed cool even without AC, though the bathroom was cramped.
