The all-you-can-eat iftar package was good and excellent 👍👍

Museum Angkut and several other attractions in Batu are not too far away. We stayed one night, and the family room had plenty of space with two queen beds. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of different dishes to choose from. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

The staff were still a bright spot. The room attendant and front desk team were kind and professional, thank you. But this hotel really needs renovation and some updated facilities. It has an older feel, though not ancient, and the price was over 650k for three rooms while the facilities felt more like a three-star hotel. Some faucets didn't work properly, a lamp kept flickering as if it might break, and the bed and cover smelled a little even though I know they were clean. I understand everyone was struggling during the pandemic, but the place needs attention. The location was okay, not far from the main street. I booked in a hurry through an online platform and didn't read the terms carefully, so it was my mistake that breakfast wasn't included. Still, I was disappointed. At that price, I thought breakfast would be included, especially since cheaper hotels seemed to offer it automatically.

Some staff were friendly, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. The room smelled, the sheets were stained, and the pillows smelled too. The bathroom and pool were moldy, and the carpet was old and musty. Smoking was allowed in the lobby, and there was no soundproofing. We could hear people singing in the lobby and on the third floor from our second-floor room, and bugs got inside. It was poorly maintained. During our stay, a soffit on the balcony collapsed because of a leaking room. I was disappointed that Google rated this place four stars. This is my first one-star review.
