Villa Semeru 2

The villa had room for 10-12 people, and the marketing staff were very friendly. The cleaning, though, was poor. Many kitchen utensils were dusty and needed washing more than once before we could use them. The stove was hard to operate, the second floor was dusty, and the balcony looked like it hadn’t been swept for three days. The gazebo was very dirty, and many of the facilities were broken. We checked out 30 minutes late. By then the maid had opened the villa and taken all our belongings out of the room, as though we were being kicked out, even though we’d paid in full and were only half an hour late. The way she handled the cleaning was completely uncivilized. There are plenty of other villas, guys. I hope you don’t end up having the experience I did.
