Collection O Bali near Sanur Beach formerly Akarsa Transit

We booked a suite family room for three nights through Traveloka, but the stay went badly. The air conditioning leaked heavily, there was a spot for storing buckets and pans, and rats were running around above the ceiling. Management moved us to Collection O Bali near Sanur Kokoro, but only gave us a standard room. We stayed there reluctantly. The next morning, the receptionist was unfriendly and brought up what they said was excessive water and electricity use. The management and property felt really run down, and we were uncomfortable enough to check out that morning and find somewhere else. We felt we had no choice.

I only needed somewhere to rest for the night, but the receptionist immediately said, "break time" when I arrived with a question about my one-night booking. The waiting-area sofa was taken by the receptionists, so I ended up sleeping outside the hotel. They showed no initiative at all. I'd stay here only if I had to.

I felt bad for the boss. The receptionist was rude and kept playing Mobile Legends while I was trying to book a room. The service was really poor.

The way to the room smelled strongly of rat urine. It was an awful stay.
