Breakfast had plenty of choices, though the narrow walkway made it feel crowded at busy times. The room was decent and had a smart TV, and there was unlimited water refill outside the rooms. The downside was that the balcony was a shared space, so I sometimes heard people talking there late at night. Security, staff, and reception were very helpful, especially mba Tyas. A pool or gym would be nice.

Kak Tias at the Front Office was especially warm and helpful, from check-in through answering my questions. Her friendly, professional manner made a real difference, and the team showed good service throughout. Luminor Hotel Sidoarjo was clean and well kept, with a relaxing feel; my room was cozy and worked well for both resting and working. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of fresh options. I had a great stay and would come back when visiting Sidoarjo. Thanks to everyone, especially Kak Tias! 🙏✨

Breakfast stood out for its good selection. The room was clean and good, and check-in was quick with very friendly staff. The hotel is by the toll exit, near the city, and has plenty of parking. A good place to stay and enjoy.

It's handy being close to the toll gate, but parking is a bit tight. The restaurant doesn't have many seats, so at breakfast you may need to wait for a table. The coffee could use some improvement too.
