I liked the rooftop pool on the third floor, with its mountain and surrounding views. There’s a smart TV in the room, and the bed was cozy, although both the room and bathroom were small. I’d suggest asking for a second-floor room with a view of Batu. It’s a good value place to stay if you’ll be out doing things all day. Parking was limited. I had a nice stay at Urbanview Hotel Sky Batu Malang.

The rooftop was my favorite part, mainly for the terrific views. It had a medium-sized pool, indoor and semi-outdoor dining areas, and a cafeteria that wasn't operating when I visited. The room hygiene wasn't the best in my experience, though I expect it may improve over time. For Batu, it was good value for money.

There was a used towel in my room, and black ants were crawling all over my bed like something out of a Marvel movie. You've got one job, make sure the room is decent. Ffs.
