The video gives a pretty good idea of what it looks like. I booked a Superior room on the second floor through ReedDoorz for 415,000 Rupiah for two days, which was cheaper. Hot water was available, though it came out slowly. Motorbike and car parking are free, and there’s a prayer room.

The service was friendly and suited to regular folks. I just showed up without a booking and paid 200,000 Rupiah. Check-in was at 11:00, then they charged me another 50 Rupiah. The water heater was great. The TV only gets standard channels, though, and it isn’t an Android TV, so I couldn’t use it to watch YouTube.

The view and atmosphere are lovely, cool, and peaceful, with a seating area right outside the room. It’s a good place to get some quiet away from the crowds. I was in room 205, and the hot water worked that night but not the next morning. Maybe the LPG had run out. I didn’t really check how the hot water worked, and using LPG does make me a bit uneasy because a leak could be toxic, though hopefully that won’t happen. The TV is a standard one, not a smart or Android TV, but that’s fine if you don’t care about watching TV.

The room is spacious, and when it’s not foggy there’s a bonus view of the city lights. The bathroom’s roomy too, with two new toothbrushes, little tubes of toothpaste, and two towels. This place is nice and quiet for anyone looking to get away from traffic since it’s off the main road. The entrance into the yard is a bit narrow, but cars can still get in safely, like in the video. One thing to improve: the hot water smells of LPG when it’s running.
