The owner is very friendly, and even if I turn up suddenly in the middle of the night needing somewhere to rest, I'm still welcomed warmly. I've stayed several times in this complex while visiting Batu, including in another block in the same housing complex because the owner is the same. The kids are comfortable there, and the house and bathroom are clean. There's Wi-Fi, a good water heater, and it stays cool without AC. The location is quiet and close to JP 3, and getting around is still very affordable. Recommended.

It's a quiet, comfortable place in a housing complex, close to Jatim Park 3. The house is clean, and the sheets and pillows are clean and smell fresh. Facilities are decent, with Wi-Fi, a water heater, and a full kitchen. Good for families.

I left my jacket behind, and the owner was kind enough to send it to Solo. The service is excellent and friendly. This villa is between Malang and Batu, in a fairly upscale housing complex, and suits families or friends just hanging out on a visit to Malang/Batu. The price is affordable for what you get. In my opinion, the villa/restaurant is well worth it. Try it yourself if you don't believe me. Thanks to the management team.
