I was disappointed to find the room had cockroaches, the bathroom floor was slippery, and the water was dirty.

I paid for this and got far less than I expected, so I really regret booking it. There were cockroaches in the dusty bedroom, and moss covered the walls. I don't understand how this could be listed as an OYO. As far as I know, OYO rooms should have two clean towels, drinks, AC, and toothbrushes, but here there was only a towel. Nobody even mentioned Wi-Fi, and there wasn't a sign in the room. Please make serious improvements.

The price is low for a room with a bathtub, but getting there felt a bit scary, especially by car. Some things also didn't work right: the jet spray was faulty and the hot water wouldn't turn on.
