The kitchen accessories were all there, and the place was very clean.

Each room has AC and a TV, and both bathrooms have water heaters. The atmosphere is pleasant, the location is convenient, and the service was friendly and responsive. Villa Katleya feels like a good, safe option with easy access, especially since some villas at a similar price have rooms without AC. A few things could use attention: please check the soap in each bathroom, since some had run out. More mats would help, and a digital antenna might be worth adding. Bicycles would be fun to have too.

A safe, comfortable villa with fairly complete amenities. Some bathrooms were missing soap. I’d recommend it for a longer stay.

The pool was good for kids, and the kitchen had more equipment than I expected. The villa was clean and comfortable, with great rooms. I might give Katleya another try.

The owner was friendly, and I’m glad I picked this villa. It felt almost like staying in a hotel, with clean, tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and AC in every room. The equipment and supplies were complete too. I’d be happy to visit again 😊 Thank you, sir 🙏🏻
