The view didn’t give us anything to look at, and the hotel wasn’t a good fit for bringing my family. We booked through Traveloka for 31Dec'19 to 01Jan'20, but after one night we decided to check out because everyone was disappointed with the condition of the place. In room 205, the water pump was very noisy, the water heater didn’t work, and there were lots of insects. In the morning, people came around offering coffee or yellow rice while we were still fast asleep. The facilities were locked to stop customers from taking things out, and after check-in there didn’t seem to be any staff to look after you.
