Room service was quick and the restaurant staff were patient with my dietary needs. They took my orders carefully, and the food always reached my room in under an hour. Tia kept checking that everything was going well and was clearly thoughtful about her work. My scooter had already been arranged, but when it arrived, Vemas parked it in the guarded area with the staff scooters and brought the keys to my room. He even pointed out the quickest way down so I wouldn't have to walk around the hotel. A small gesture, but it made a real difference. The night security guard was friendly and professional too, and Suta helped with my bags at checkout. Tia and Vemas also made check-in easy, greeting me warmly and getting me settled without any stress. The team made my first trip to Bali unforgettable. Hope to cross paths again!

We paid 355k for two people and barely got through our second round. The all-you-can-eat buffet came with dim sims, duck, and unlimited oolong tea. We'd happily give it 10/10 and recommend it. Our three servers were helpful, polite, and funny from the start right through to the end. Thanks so much, TUDE, IAYU KESUMA, and KRISNA TRAINE. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we're thinking of canceling our other booking and extending here. We really wish we could stay forever, and we'll definitely come back. Ayu Kesuma at the Minerva was so good at her job that there was nothing to complain about. Putri did a great job with housekeeping, and the people at Skybar and Marble 8 were just as lovely. We can't remember everyone's name, but the whole team were wonderful people and fabulous employees. The hotel is surrounded by a bit of dirt, but it still exceeded what we expected. It was cozy and clean, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed being there.

We stayed here before flying home and had a great experience. The room service food was awesome, with plenty of choices. A special thanks to Joni at the front for all his help. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
