The room had a great view and loads of space. I could see Amaris Kalimalang Hotel and the toll road, with the MRT and Woosh passing by. The AC was cold, too. But the room itself was in terrible shape, with cigarette butts and rubbish everywhere. The TV was blurry and wouldn't work right, the mattress was dirty, the blanket couldn't be used, and an outlet was broken. The refrigerator was cold but filthy inside, full of trash. There was even a sofa bed with a loose leg, and plants growing in the room, which really made it feel abandoned. I stayed for two days and couldn't shower because water was sitting in the bathroom and the drain was clogged with traces of KoxxxxxM. I told the staff and they cleaned it straight away, but when I reported that the water was still stagnant afterward, nobody got back to me. Honestly, it was disgusting. Getting there had felt creepy from the start. The OYO office was small and dim, though the woman there greeted me warmly and was polite and kind. I left my bags since check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM. The lobby was tiny, with two elevators, and you needed an access card to get in and out of the apartment. The hallways were dim and looked like they hardly ever got cleaned. The place is cheap and the location is strategic, but cleanliness needs to be a priority so guests can feel comfortable. I was there as a guest, and this is an honest review.

The hotel accepts prepaid payments through the application, or cash, transfer, and EDC payments made to OYO HOTEL INDONESIA. A transfer sent anywhere outside the hotel premises is fraudulent. Don't trust reviews that share the receptionist's phone number.

I was traveling solo and found it a good spot to get some work done on my own. There's no Wi-Fi, but it's a peaceful, budget-friendly place to work. For the price, it's hard to beat.

For what it costs, this place is really good. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean, smell nice, and feel comfortable. It's in a busy central area, but somehow the place itself stays cool and quiet.
