Worth recommending.

Wi-Fi was the best part of my stay. The room, though, needs the most work. The bed creaked when I got in, and I found that the metal support underneath had snapped on one side. I don't know why it hadn't been repaired, but it could be unsafe. My room was just to the left of the receptionist's area. The air conditioning didn't cool the room, and my child was sweating through the night. The TV had only a few channels, and I had to ask the receptionist how to use the remote. The bathroom was basic, with a toilet, shower, towels, and soap, but there was just one towel. There were also two bottles of water and tissues. The location is convenient, though heavy rain can flood the street outside to about a foot deep. Water never got into the hotel, but getting out was difficult until the water went down fairly quickly. Cutlery and a kitchenette were handy. The staff weren't impolite, but I rarely saw the receptionist when coming and going, so the customer service felt a little lacking. There wasn't a specific problem, so I still gave service five stars. I tried to be fair about the pros and cons. My score came to 3.5, which I rounded up to 4.

My room was clean enough, and the AC worked well. I stayed for two nights, and the equipment was replaced each day. Service was good, and it was easy to find, with a few places to eat nearby. The only thing that didn't work was the TV.
