Fancy And Comfy 2Br Apartment At Springlake Summarecon

Living here is pretty convenient: the rent is reasonable, the mall is close, and the security and cleaning staff have been great in my experience. The pool is huge, though shallow, probably for safety. Management maintains the buildings, pipes, and lifts often, and sends notices to your phone number if you’re registered. Parking membership is paid every 3 months and can be paid or updated online. The maintenance fee is also quite expensive and billed every 3 months. The management office is in the basement and the service is decent, but queues can be long, so don’t expect a quick visit. The main drawback is the noise. The apartment walls are literally thin, and sounds from outside come through the thin windows too. If you’re a light sleeper, good luck. It also depends on the tower and which way it faces. If you’re buying a unit and want a quieter atmosphere, you could add noise-reducing materials or double-glazed windows, if the developer allows it. The balconies are tiny, so think about where to hang laundry or use the laundry downstairs. Between the noise and cramped space, I’m taking off 2 stars.

There are food and drink stalls on the ground level, followed by parking for guests and visitors. The apartment is in the BCBD area of Summarecon Bekasi, with 6 towers on site, near Summarecon Mal Bekasi. It also has 2 big shared pools, an outdoor gym, a kids' corner, and a jogging area. You can see the little pond between the BCBD bridge from here too.

I stayed here for 3 months. It’s clean, has good security, and is almost 90% occupied. There are lots of food kiosks downstairs, and the surroundings are attractive, with a cafe by the lake. It’s nice for a walk at night or in the morning. The pool is clean and safe, with lockers, and there’s outdoor fitness equipment too. Getting to the mall and market is easy, with a free shuttle. The LRT, KRL, and bus are only 5-15 minutes away by car.

A really nice place to stay, with a pool downstairs and plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. The security team is welcoming, and there are hairdressers and lots of laundry facilities. 10 out of 10.
