I really liked how easy it was to get around from Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem. It's not too far from the airport, PIK, or the Puri area, there are plenty of good local food options nearby, and the hotel connects straight to a mall, which was especially handy when I needed something quickly. I was there for three nights in a King One Bedroom Suite. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room, a roomy bathroom with a bathtub, and air conditioning that worked very well. Breakfast had a wide selection, and I tried different things each of the three mornings. The staff provided satisfying service. I also appreciated being able to reach the Front Office team easily by WhatsApp as well as the house phone. It suited me well for a Jakarta staycation, and seems like a good choice for business travelers working around West Jakarta too.

The staff were what my partner and I valued most: they were efficient and quick to help, and pleasant throughout. Stefanie and Sabrina at the Front Desk sorted out a couple of reservation and other needs smoothly, and Syalsa served us at breakfast in a professional but personal way. We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Panam Temen at the start of Indonesia's dry season this year, and had a very pleasant time. It sits about 25 minutes by taxi from Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The rooms were a good size and housekeeping was very neat. You shouldn't expect every facility and benefit of a Hilton or Conrad, but this is definitely a step above a standard HGI. What they do offer, they do very well. A very good 4-star Hilton family hotel with quality facilities and excellent service.

I had a very pleasant stay in room 1020. The hotel is just a step from the mall, which was really convenient, and I loved the amenities, especially the shower gel's smell. When our internet connection had a problem, the staff fixed it right away and even offered us the option of moving rooms. My partner had a stomach problem and asked to have breakfast sent up. They initially said they couldn't do that, but when we clarified that we only wanted fruit, they brought it to our room. I really appreciated the service. Amazing stay, and I hope the hotel keeps succeeding. 🌟

The team made me feel welcome and looked after from the beginning. They were professional, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of tasty choices and great quality. I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem. Between the food and the staff, this is one of the best places I've stayed in Jakarta. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Zahra and Syalsa made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Zahra was especially kind and caring, and Syalsa shared lots of interesting places we could visit. She's even preparing a special menu for our departure tomorrow, which we really appreciate. The food was satisfying, with plenty of variety each day. This has been the best hotel experience for us, and if we get the chance, we'll stay at Hilton Garden Inn again, inshaAllah.
