Comfy 2BR at Green Palace Kalibata City Apartment near Shopping Mall

Dear fellow Travelio customers who feel abused, let's talk about collective action to protect our consumer rights against these scammers. I created a telegram group called travelio_customer. Please join.

The service is pretty bad. Be ready to spend countless hours dealing with this company to get issues resolved.

It's a nice place to stay, with easy access to everything.

I rented annually and then extended month by month. After the rental, the admin handling my deposit was really bad. I showed proof that I'd paid the building's electricity and water bills, but they still asked me for an invoice. I paid through a virtual account, and once the bill is paid it no longer appears. They said they needed to check the billing period and whether the owner might already have paid it directly. Travelio couldn't show me the building's bill to them or proof that they'd paid it, but they kept asking me for an invoice. I got tired of chatting with the admin, who kept asking for compensation without resolving anything. The whole thing went nowhere and ate into my deposit.
