Four Points By Sheraton Bekasi

The Premier King room was huge and super clean, and the staff went out of their way to help with requests. We stayed with three children and found the hotel welcoming for both kids and older family members. It sits right above Pakuwon Mall, with shops, a supermarket, cinemas, restaurants, and a drugstore close at hand. The view was amazing, and breakfast had lots of good choices. I'd happily come back for another staycation in Bekasi.

The gym is pretty limited, with mostly cardio machines, a few free weights, and one multi-functional station. It works for basic cardio or a light workout, though anyone focused on strength training may find it lacking. I enjoyed the outdoor pool, which is roomy and refreshing, and the restaurant food was a highlight, with tasty choices and better-than-average quality for a mid-range hotel. My room was clean, modern, and well kept, and the hotel had a quiet, comfortable feel after a day in the city. It’s a solid Bekasi option for business or leisure if rest matters more than a full gym. I’d return for the calm atmosphere and reliable service.

I got a promotional offer to upgrade to an Executive Suite at check-in. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern minimalist look. Breakfast was tasty, had plenty of options, and came with friendly service. The fitness equipment was fairly complete. Good for a family staycation or a trip with your partner. A coffee maker in the room would be a nice extra.

Breakfast has a Javanese kitchen theme, with a varied menu and authentic jamu, which was really cool. Getting to Pakuwon Mall from the 3rd floor is easy, and there are two lobbies, one for welcoming guests and another for check-in. The room, lobby, pool, and business center all felt cozy and comfortable. Parking was easy to find for both cars and motorcycles, and check-in came with nearly two days of free mall parking.
