Grand Caman Hotel

The traffic around the hotel gets especially congested on weekends, which made coming and going a hassle. When I entered the room, I found dust on the bed and wondered if it had been properly cleaned before I arrived. On the plus side, staff handled my lost item quickly and helped me get it back without any fuss. Check-in and checkout were also quick and smooth, with helpful front desk staff and the usual procedures. The service was commendable, but room cleanliness and convenience of the location need improvement.

My room was small, but comfortable, clean, and had amenities. The bathroom was clean too. Unfortunately, the water heater in my room didn't get very warm, though the water in my parents' room did. Breakfast didn't offer many choices, but it was tasty and enough to start the day.

Traffic can build up after office hours because the hotel is in a crowded area. The place itself is new, neat, and clean, and the staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are compact and have some amenities. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, omelets, bread, and local dishes, and there was reasonably enough parking. The main things that could use improvement are air circulation and the quality of the amenities.

The road outside is narrow and traffic gets crowded, but for me this is still the best hotel in the Bekasi area. It looks old from outside, while the interior has a modern minimalist style. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, the room was clean, the dining room was spacious, and the staff were really nice. Recommended!
