My room was large, the view was great, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were the best part, always smiling. Before I arrived, they had prepared my check-in and upgraded my room through my Accor benefits, which I really appreciated. The food tasted very good too, but room service was a different story: they always quoted 25 minutes, yet it took 45-50 minutes every time. Of my four orders, one arrived incorrect. The pool hours weren’t very convenient, since there’s no time to use it in the evening before 6pm. There was also a lot of confusion about other Accor benefits, including the room service food discount. Three people said it was available and reception said it had been applied, but when the bill came, staff said it wasn’t. At the Restaurant, I waited 20 minutes for the bill while they tried to apply my discount, which they couldn’t do at the restaurant counter. I kept switching on the Do Not Disturb light, but my room was still serviced every evening. I hung up my towels, but they were replaced daily, and after I turned the lights off before going out, I’d come back to find them all on. I don’t know why. There’s an emergency phone in the lift lobby too, but it isn’t connected.

We had a great family stay. The kids enjoyed the Little Kids cooking activity at breakfast, and Shidqi and chef Parkin were great as the little chef program’s MCs. Breakfast was great too, and the pool has a shallow section for children as well as a bigger pool. Thanks so much!

I keep choosing Ibis Styles Jatibening as my favorite place to work and enjoy some time to myself. The facilities are complete, and breakfast has plenty of tasty options. Service is fast, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’m especially grateful to Ms. Fiqih, who always greets me and gives me the best service. Thanks for everything.

We had a nice weekend stay, and my family was happy with the deluxe room on a high floor and its lovely city view. Breakfast at the resto tasted great. Everything was good enough, and we’ll come back next time.
