I didn’t feel comfortable or get a good first impression from the moment I arrived, which was really disappointing for a five star hotel. It took about 15 minutes for my room to be ready, and the reception was painfully slow too. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, with only two desks open. One was empty and staffed only by a trainee, and a single walk-in customer took nearly 10 minutes to handle. The service could be much better for a hotel at this level. ARE U KIDDING ME(?)

The hotel looks nice, and the room was very comfortable, but the hospitality fell short of what I expected from a five star hotel. Even Four Points Bekasi was much better. The motorcycle parking area smelled really bad, like someone had peed there. Customers arrive by motorcycle too, so maybe you could check that parking spot.

The room was nicely decorated, but the stay wasn’t pleasant because of several problems. The room wasn’t soundproof, so we could hear other families and noise from the pool. At 2.30 pm, housekeeping staff were yelling across the hallway. The lift is still manual, and they wouldn’t offer an umbrella even though it was rainy season. Service took a long time, whether it was check-in, car registration, or something else. Check-in was especially slow: each guest could take 10-15 minutes, and though I arrived at 14.35, I wasn’t served until 15.10, about 35 minutes later.

The two-wheel parking is outdoors, so when it rains, it’s hard to take off your raincoat and get into the hotel while staying dry. Please add a roof over the motorcycle parking.

Erika and Fajar took great care of me. They were really good employees, and the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
