The surroundings were comfortable and pleasant, but the food needs a serious rethink. I ordered gurami, grilled, but I think it had been fried first, coated with sweet soy, then grilled. It came out very dry, and the fish was small, no more than about 450 grams. I managed to eat half. The staff seemed to think it was fine. The rice and bean sprouts were okay. The sour prawns came with lots of grated carrot and pineapple but very few prawns. As someone who researches food, I think management should review the kitchen seriously. The young staff seemed inexperienced and need training and support.
