I’ve stayed here for weeks and greeted the staff every day, but that doesn’t seem to have helped. A couple of times, one staff member asked if I needed help getting to the lift, so I thought he recognized me. Later, when I’d accidentally left my access card in my room, I asked for help. He came over with a sour expression and grilled me, even though I’d already registered my personal details with the management office. The rules are the rules, but being treated like a suspect makes me wonder why anyone would want to stay here.
After living here for about a year, I'd say the helpful staff, kind security, nice room, and clean pool are positives. My room had a water heater, a work desk, and another desk by the closet for makeup. The transport links are handy: the LRT is right beside the building for getting to Jkt, Bekasi Timur station is nearby, Trans Jakarta now stops outside, and Transpatriot also stops at the LRT. There are plenty of downsides, though. There are lots of little cockroaches, which people call German cockroaches, and the agent isn't much help unless you're asking for a room. The wall leaks, lifts often stop working, and once every lift was out for nearly a week or maybe longer around June or July. That was really bad, with a lot going on then. It's also incredibly hot here, in the lobby, in and around the lifts, and especially in the basement when I want to buy an electricity token or get to my vehicle. The gym hasn't been usable since I moved in. My room was so-so, not quite awful but not good either. The canteen is at the back of the building, not well known beyond the workers, with few options that aren't very good. I haven't been to the Mezzanine floor, so I can't comment on it. There are rumors that the security staff, receptionist, and ticket attendant are unfriendly, but that hasn't been my experience living here. I spoke with them when I first moved in, though not the receptionist, so I can't say much about that rumor. One security guard did ask to borrow money from me, but that was an individual issue, and I haven't had trouble with the other security staff. If you're looking for an affordable place to live for a decent amount of time, I don't think this is the best option, though it can still be fine if you choose to live here.
The room looked like it had never been cleaned, and the bedsheets were disgusting. Staff were rude and made no sense asking me for extra money when I'd already paid through Agoda. Don't book this apartment when there are so many other options.
The facilities are okay, but one older security guard was the worst part. I was renting here and he still wouldn't help me get to the elevator. Security staffing needs improvement; one person can hurt the whole place's reputation. Bad value. Thank you.
Getting around is easy from here, and the LRT station is nearby. A nice spot.
