The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was dirty, and the sheets and pillowcases smelled bad and had lots of stains. It was already late, so I couldn't move to another hotel. I ended up sleeping on the floor after wiping it with toilet tissue. For a room costing almost 400, that was awful and really disappointing. The service wasn't friendly either. One staff member had a smug look, as if he didn't want to welcome guests. I don't know his name, but he had fair skin, curly hair, and wore a hat. The owner or manager should be checking whether the rooms, sheets, and pillowcases are fit to use. Stained linens shouldn't keep being used. Guests lose out, and so does the hotel owner. They keep employing staff like that without any upkeep.

The room was clean, but it had no toiletries. Service needs work too. The receptionist could be friendlier and smile more. When I ordered food online, they kept knocking loudly on the door even after I said yes. It was so loud and repeated so much, like someone collecting a debt. Honestly, it was really annoying 🙏

For the price, it's comfortable enough. What stood out most was that the staff and officers were trustworthy. When something went missing, they responded quickly and secured the item. Amazing 👌
