I stayed at the Aston Imperial Bekasi on a business trip and had a great experience. The rooms were cozy and gave me a good rest, and the staff were friendly and made an effort to help with whatever I needed. The restaurant offered plenty of variety, and the food was genuinely delicious. The meeting rooms worked well for business, though the AC was incredibly cold, so I’d bring a jacket. I also enjoyed the snacks, which were creative and different each time. For getting around, the hotel is right across from Bekasi Cyber Park and close to Metropolitan Mall and Mega Bekasi Hypermall. There’s also an Indomaret a short walk away for essentials.

The main snag was parking, which was hard to access and felt limited, especially when busy. Other than that, it’s a solid option in Bekasi and I’d consider returning. Our group booking, including the Junior Suite, was handled smoothly, and the stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well kept, service was efficient, and the price felt excellent for the facilities and comfort.

Best suite in Bekasi, easily. The room is beyond compare, and room service has a good range of dishes. Breakfast could use some work. It needs one or two more main course options, and smaller cuts of food would be much easier for older guests. Every stall should have a spoon ready: my wife found none at the Sambal stall and had to ask staff for one. The porridge scoop had dried out and couldn’t be used. Mbak Arafah (CMIIW) deserves a special mention. She was genuinely professional and quickly cleared our empty plates so we could fill the table with more food.

Getting around the hotel was easy, and I really liked that. The room was nice and breakfast was okay. It’d be good if they added a small playground for kids. I’d come back in the future.
