Breakfast portions are limited, so get there right at 7 or you may have to wait for the next batch. The bathroom and toilet were fairly clean, though sometimes too hot. The room and bed felt old but were acceptable. The place is quite nice, but avoid room 146 because it's a long way from the lobby.

I spent 350k Rupiah for a pretty miserable stay after booking my preferred superior room in October 2023. The AC never made the room cool, and it felt like a sauna as soon as I walked in. The room I was given was also quite dirty. The receptionist said I couldn't use the Pegipegi application I'd used to choose the accommodation, so I had to buy the room again. The brochure said WiFi was available, but I couldn't use it, even though a stable connection for work was the reason for my trip.

The food was good and the place worked well for a seminar. The toilets were clean, though a bit far from the main hall. It's easy to get to and not far from the mall, but the AC didn't cool enough.

Getting here by public transport means taking a TAXI. It's near Panjang Beach Bengkulu, and the air conditioner worked well. The room isn't very large and sits in a separate building from the Lobby. There's a shower in the bathroom.
