The positives were the low price and staff who seemed quite flexible, especially since they were very young. Beyond that, the stay was awful. I booked four rooms, but they didn't seem prepared, and when I arrived the reception was empty, with the staff room at the front. The place is far from the city center and nearer the beach, with cramped parking out front that didn't look safe. The app photos don't match what it's actually like. My room smelled of cigarettes and was dirty, with graffiti and lots of lipstick marks. The floor looked unmopped, the bedding and sheets were stained, and there were stains all over the bedcover too. I don't know what they were. There was no running water, and the AC remote was missing, so I had to ask the staff for help. I wanted to give it zero stars. It isn't a good fit for families or solo travelers who want cleanliness and quiet. Maybe it's okay for short meetings or people who don't mind poor hygiene. Management, please improve the place.
