This private two-bed, two-bath villa has a kitchen, laundry, a sitting area, and a garden. It’s made from local timber, bamboo, tile, and even local limestone in the bathroom, which gives it a coastal local feel. The bedrooms have AC, large garden-facing windows, and comfortable beds. Daily cleaning and service are provided, and the caretaker and manager are available at all times. Parking is available. There are small shops on the main road, and the local Warungs, many top rated, are a ten-minute walk away. It’s a ten-minute walk to the seafront and twenty minutes to the snorkeling area. For a longer stay, I’d suggest bringing fresh produce in from Singaraja. Wifi is mobile and works okay, though it slows at peak times.

The villa is beautiful, with hill views very close by and lots of birds singing. Pemuteran Beach is just a few minutes on foot, and the owner is really friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. Some things could use better upkeep, though, like a few rickety dining chairs. I’d still recommend it.
