For the money, the service isn't good. This hotel of this class always runs out of tokens, leaving it hot and dark. Not fun.

This hotel is dirty. We booked 3 rooms through AGODA from Jakarta, then traveled overland to the hotel and found nobody on duty. The phone number was inactive too. Very disappointing.

I paid the full amount through the RedDoor app, but when I got there I couldn't get inside or check in. There wasn't any staff on duty. When I objected, they threw things at me. A really awful experience.

This room felt scary. The wardrobe was dirty inside and had a broken mirror, and there was sand all over the bathroom. The pillows, bolsters, and mattress also smelled damp and moldy.
