The hotel is spacious and comfortable, and I felt it was worth the money. The staff should improve a few things, though. We waited until 8 a.m. for breakfast and it still hadn't all been served, so breakfast needs to be ready earlier. They also need enough irons for guests to use.

The staff were all nice, and both room service and breakfast were okay. My room was a little dark because it had no window, and I think the other rooms may be windowless too. That was fine for me as long as it stayed neat and clean. The thin walls were harder to ignore: I could hear the family in the next room talking, and a baby crying loudly in another room in the middle of the night.

I booked on the day itself for about IDR 550k. The room was quite spacious, and the TV worked well. There was only a fan, no air conditioner, and the bathroom was very small. Everything else was just okay. I think you could find somewhere better for the same price.

The room was comfortable, very clean, and quiet, and the rate was affordable. They provided a towel and room set, and there was coffee and tea in the room. The TV was okay too. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed. The included breakfast was disappointing, though. Rice or noodles might suit Asian guests, but foreigners only had cereal.

We booked a family room and found it clean and pleasant. The location is handy, close to Taman Panorama, Benteng Fort de Kock, Jembatan Limpapeh, and Jam Gadang. We could hear people talking in the room next door, though.
