I stayed for two days and didn't get to shower at all. The tap water kept being shut off, and I had to ask before they would turn it on. It would be off again in under a minute. Even to use the toilet, I had to ask for the water to be turned on first. A terrible experience.

I checked out straight away and found a decent hotel instead. The sheets and pillows were musty, like they hadn't been changed in months, the bathroom was dirty, and the curtains were in poor condition. The room door wouldn't lock. I asked for another room, but it was just as run down. Staying here felt like a nightmare, and I was worried I'd get sick. I suggest removing this listing from the Oyo app, since the photos shown there are far from reality and deceive customers.

Last December I booked six rooms for four nights through tiket.com. When we arrived to check in, the rooms were leaking, with water seeping everywhere and a musty smell, so they couldn't be used. Yet they were still listed on hotel booking apps, and the hotel made no attempt to close the listing. It felt like they were letting people get trapped into booking unusable rooms. I asked for a refund because I didn't think this was my fault, but I was sent back and forth between Oyo, Agonda, and the hotel. The process was so complicated, as if they didn't want to help, and we ended up handling it ourselves. My money was stuck at tiket.com for 40 days. If you have good intentions, request to close the hotel listing in the app instead of trapping people and making things difficult for them.

I transferred the money through the Redorz app and the reservation showed as available, but the accommodation was closed when I arrived.
