For the room charge, I asked for an invoice and was handed a blank receipt. The application price was still increased by 50 thousand per room at check-in, and the receptionist's service wasn't good. The room itself was quite good for the price, but the sheets had lots of unexplained stains and the TV remote didn't work.

We paid 77,000 Rupiah through the OYO app, then were asked for another 20,000 Rupiah at check-in because we'd booked through the app, making the total 97,000 Rupiah. For that price, the room wasn't very spacious but felt worth it. Parking was spacious, and motorcycles could be left safely until morning. At check-in, just show your ID and phone number. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast. The AC, TV, fan, and bathroom shower all worked well. Some wall paint was peeling, and a little bathroom water pooled on the floor. Towels, blankets, a small amount of soap, and drinking water were provided.

The bedding was in poor shape: the blankets looked like ones in a hospital, the pillows and mattress didn't look clean, and the towels didn't look good anymore. The AC wasn't cold enough. I regret booking online because I couldn't get a refund and felt forced to pay again. I won't stay here next time. I hope you're safe and can take it with you. I'll let the money go now. I'd advise against booking through an app. Once we arrived, we were told to pay another 100 per night for every room type. They said they'd requested a price change in the app but it hadn't been approved, which I believe was a lie. It felt unfair, especially for guests who only had the exact amount.

The mattress had lots of brownish-yellow stains, and the pillowcases smelled really bad. The place wasn't very clean, and the power was turned off at 9 am. The service was absolutely no good. If someone leaves an item, they should keep it for at least 24 hours instead of just throwing it away.
