We were a family group and got a whole floor to ourselves, which felt like having a private apartment, xixixixi. The place was very clean, and the service felt like a hotel, with housekeeping available 24 hours. Awesome!

I booked for 2, but after waiting a full hour, they told me it wouldn't be ready until 3:30. The wait was really long, and it just wasn't working.
