The front office staff were good, but it took them a long time to deal with each customer. Breakfast was so-so, about what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's a fairly new place, though from outside it looks like a ruko rather than a hotel. Inside, the clean, minimalist room felt much like other modern hotels around Indonesia.

The price was affordable and the service was good, with helpful staff. I had an early flight, so they prepared breakfast in a box for me ahead of time. Thanks, Xtra Hotel.

I had a good stay, and the receptionist was helpful and hospitable. My deluxe room was quite large and the breakfast tasted good, though the menu got repetitive over my four nights. The secondary parking area is a long walk from the room, and I was out of breath by the time I got there. I'd recommend booking through a travel app to get the best price.
