The location in the city was really good, but the cleanliness was poor. The toilet was extremely dirty and smelly, and the towel was very dirty too. A bad experience in Bali.

The room I got had no window, even though the room shown on Agoda did. There was no hot water in the shower, and toilet paper wasn’t provided at first. When I told the staff, they bought some for me. The bathroom also had quite a lot of mould, presumably because there wasn’t enough airflow. I’d rather give up privacy and stay in a dorm with a window and ventilation. The price was great, and the staff were helpful and accommodating about letting me leave my bags. Unfortunately, that’s where the good parts ended.

I stayed here for over 18 months, and the owners were consistently friendly, kind and helpful. It’s clean and quiet, with a convenient location. Highly recommend!

Had a good time at the new bar CACUKA. The drinks were great, and the food was really, really tasty and amazing ✨🔥
