Nivasa Nusa Dua Hotel

Our biggest disappointment was the service. We had booked the hotel with breakfast for a conference, but they don’t serve breakfast early. We asked if it could be changed to dinner and the lobby staff said no. When I asked about getting a refund, he said it was non-refundable. I asked what solution he could offer, and he replied, “Oh, I’m not sure. I don’t know the solution either, ma’am” 😂 What kind of service is that? We also had to leave at 7 a.m. the next morning for a flight. Reception wasn’t ready, and we waited at least 15 minutes while they checked our rooms. The rooms were clean, but traffic noise came through and there was no bathroom hanger. I hope Nivasa hotel improves the guest experience after reading this.

The morning view from my Deluxe City Ocean View room was beautiful, and the spot between Jimbaran and Uluwatu worked perfectly. Thanks to the Nivasa Team for the warm welcome. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. The room was clean and comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay.

Good value and a quiet, clean place to stay. The rooms are cleaned every day, and there’s 24-hour security. The person on duty was very helpful. Just watch out, the toilet floor is a bit slippery. I’d recommend it.

The view is lovely, though traffic gets especially loud because the place is near a steep slope. Rooms are spacious and fairly new, but could use some upkeep. The phone system was out of order, for example, and the lobby is detached.
