We left at first light. The room was filthy, with mold everywhere, a bad smell from the bed and pillows, no towels, no other supplies, no working shower, no power outlet, and no air conditioner remote. Outside, men played cards and talked through the night, which made me worry about our safety. When we arrived, a man said they no longer had any connection with Agoda and wanted another 150,000 per room for one night. The place is isolated, and in the evening there seemed to be no option but to pay and stay. We couldn’t get a car to take us elsewhere. I checked Google reviews and saw similar complaints going back six months, yet the property is still listed on booking sites. I believe this is a scam and strongly urge booking sites to remove it. If you care about your safety, stay away.

At night, there was machine noise coming from outside, and the room was very dirty. I had booked three days through the Agoda app, but when I got to the hotel, they claimed the prices were wrong and said the amount I’d paid only covered one day. Having this happen on a holiday is the worst, and I’d warn people about staying at this company’s hotels.

I arrived and the bad smell from the front of the accommodation was already there. The room made me feel sick too. I was crying and couldn’t get away to catch transport, so I just kept praying the management would wake up and provide somewhere fit to stay. I used to like exploring Nusa Dua, but I’m still traumatized and don’t want to stay there. This place is disgusting, everything was really bad. I hope other travelers don’t go through what I did.

We were so scared that we decided to leave, and I’m traumatized. There wasn’t an employee when we arrived, and they didn’t even know about our booking. Then the owner started yelling and threw the keys onto a table near my aunt and uncle, trying to start a fight. He threatened to hit us. We were ready to call the police. I don’t know his name, but they said he owned the land. Definitely not recommended, and we’re never coming back. It felt safer to just book a hotel.

The walls had mildew, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the air conditioner didn’t cool. We had booked two deluxe rooms, but when we arrived, only one was available. A terrible place.
