I can’t recommend this accommodation. I stayed March 17-20, 2023, during the Joyland event in Bali. When I arrived, there were no towels, TV remote, or trash can in the room. I asked for a towel, but they said they were all dirty and didn’t give me one. That seemed strange, though towels were available to buy at Indomaret. Someone brought in a trash can from outside, and the remote was taken from somewhere else. The worst part happened at 12:30 in the early hours of the 20th, when the electricity in my room suddenly went out. I told the guard, who said I should top up the token myself, but he’d forgotten to check it. I was annoyed, but didn’t feel I had much choice. I tried to recharge it, but couldn’t because it was early morning and PLN was down. I complained again and asked for compensation. Without asking me, the guard then ran a cable from the next room to power a portable lamp, which disturbed those guests too and made me uncomfortable. When I asked for compensation, I got none, and the guard got angry. Terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The walls were moldy and stuffy, the TV didn’t work, the toilet was broken, and the lights were damaged. I reported problems with the TV, toilet, and lights when I first arrived, but the admin ignored me. The admin also blamed me for the broken toilet even though it was already damaged when I got the room. My room was cleaned, and then something went missing. The trash can was removed during cleaning and left in the wrong place, so I had to go upstairs to retrieve it. There wasn’t a trash can when I arrived, so I had to buy one myself. I once asked the admin to help with items that had fallen by the neighbors, but he said tomorrow and didn’t help. The neighbor didn’t pick them up either. I complained that the TV wasn’t working, but the admin ignored that for up to a week. When I checked out, I couldn’t get my deposit back because I hadn’t filled out a form. The admin had sent it to the group, but didn’t remind me directly even though he knew when I was leaving. He should have sent the form to me in a private WA chat.
