The welcome with the gong, gamelan music, and graceful Balinese lobby staff gave the resort a peaceful, second-home feeling. My family and I are so grateful for the hospitality. The pool staff scrubbed the floors at 7:00 AM every morning, rain or shine, and even the corridors smelled wonderful. Ade and Sukas from the breakfast team were so kind and attentive to my son, and the Floor Manager gave us professional guidance. While exploring Bali, we kept wanting to get back to the resort. I’d return to The Laguna just to stay there, without touring. Thank you to the whole team for a visit I won’t forget.

The Laguna and Luxury Resort gave us a lovely setting for our honeymoon, and the staff were kind and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate us. Mr. Dwi deserves special thanks for his warm manner and for sharing advice and insights about Balinese culture. We truly enjoyed our honeymoon. Best regards, John and Lucy from the Czech Republic, Room 471.

Waking up to the lagoon view and having breakfast by the beach were highlights of my staycation at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. The room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the resort’s calm, luxurious feel made this one of my most relaxing Bali visits. The lagoon pools, clean private beach, and well-kept tropical gardens were lovely. Staff were warm and attentive, especially Director of Room Ibu Awie and Front office Manager Perdin, who were very helpful. I’m planning to come back next month. It’s a lovely option for a quiet break, whether for couples, solo downtime, or a short escape from daily life.

The staff were the best we’ve met anywhere, from security at the main gate to reception, butlers, housekeeping, gardeners, maintenance, and the bar and restaurant teams. When I felt unwell one night, they showed real concern and brought honey, fresh ginger, and good tea. On our late flight day, our villa was booked, but they arranged a beautiful room for us to use at no charge, which made leaving easy and comfortable. We spent five nights at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool. It was beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and well equipped. The beach and surroundings were lovely, with a great atmosphere and plenty of loungers, seats, and daybeds. There was lots to do on site and nearby, including walks and bike rides around Nusa Dua, water sports, and boat trips. The food was excellent, though a little pricey. It reinforced our feeling that the Balinese are wonderful people and generous hosts. We wish we’d stayed through Christmas as well as New Year, and will definitely stay longer next time.

The sandy pool and pristine beach were wonderful, and the service throughout was top notch. We were upgraded to a two-story villa by the ocean. Breakfast each morning had fresh juices, lots of baked goods, generous portions of local dishes, and omelet stations. The cappuccino from the cafe was delicious, and we also ate at the restaurant on the beach. Marriott points were another plus. I’ve been a Marriott member for well over 20 years and travelled around the world with them. This is now one of my favourites, and a must if you’re coming to Bali.
