Sol Benoa Bali - All Inclusive

We had a great week as a family of four, and the staff made us feel at home wherever we went. From reception and breakfast to the beach and pool lunch restaurant, pool bar, housekeeping, spa, smoothie bar, cafe, and concierge, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. A warm thank you to Nanda, Risma, Annie, Bella, Listi, Santa, Putri, the egg station and 24 hr restaurant teams, and all the trainees. They were smiling, thoughtful, and did a fantastic job pampering us. We used most of the amenities, and the Greek restaurant was well worth it, though you need to reserve in advance. The only change I'd suggest is including sparkling wine in the all-inclusive package. We're not heavy drinkers, but the liquor quality could be better. Thank you all, we had a wonderful time!

The atmosphere around the hotel was peaceful and luxurious, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We had an amazing stay in Bali and felt truly cared for. We'd highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

This was my third trip to Bali and my first stay at this wonderful hotel. We had the best 10 days here and will definitely be back next year. We were upgraded to an amazing family suite, and the pool bar guys were so cheeky and just the best. Big praise for them and the superb trainees, who were always so happy. Thanks to all the chefs, cleaners, gardeners, and every1 who made our stay so memorable and perfect 😊😀

The friendly, attentive staff are what make this hotel fabulous. Everyone seemed devoted to guest satisfaction, always smiling, asking if we needed anything, and looking after us. Other Melia’s should take this team as an example. Check-in at reception was perfect, and room service worked perfectly too. We stayed 11 days over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. As Platinum at Melia Rewards, we were upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping kept the room tidy to perfection and never forgot anything, from coffee and the mini bar to the other amenities. Laundry was also perfect: we handed it in in the morning and it came back clean and ironed by late afternoon. The restaurants, some open 24 hours, have great a la carte menus, and the buffets at the other restaurants were great too. Menega mediterranean restaurant was another great option, with sophisticated cuisine and an extremely attentive host. The beach and hotel facilities are great, and with the premium package they even reserve beach chairs for you in the morning. Perfect, 10/10. An absolutely perfect stay, 10/10 AAA+. Happy New Year 🙂🥂👍
