The room was full of mold, and the smell inside was unbearable. I didn't feel it was safe for my health. The pool terrace was dirty too, as you can see in the video. I paid almost €30 for one night. When I asked to switch rooms, the replacement was exactly the same, so I requested a refund. I'm still waiting, and they keep making excuses about the central bank. Look somewhere else.

Arya at reception was so kind and sorted out a room change for us quickly after the first room didn't match the pictures. Thanks for being so helpful, Arya. Makasih bli! We had a lovely weekend at Loji, though a few things could use attention: the windows need cleaning, the doors catch, and the bathroom door is glass. Still, it's a sweet place to stay in the area.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay, especially Windy at reception, who was always cheerful and helpful (I hope I got her name right). They even decorated the bed with flowers and surprised me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my day feel special. My partner and I had an amazing time, and we'd absolutely come back. 💓

The rooms are trendy and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful, earnest and genuine. I didn't notice any mold during my stay, although the design seems mold-friendly given the location and building materials. It's a quiet riverside spot in South Bali, away from buzzing bikes and the various kinds of bro milling around. I'd definitely stay again.
