Okay.
I wouldn’t recommend this villa for a vacation. Room 103 had poor facilities, and several things were broken or dirty: the entrance door stuck and was hard to open, its lock was faulty, the sink was dirty, and some outlets wouldn’t charge our phones. The representative said he’d fix the door and give us good service, but I found him extremely untrustworthy after we happened to meet him near a food stall yesterday. The bathroom itself was fairly well equipped, but the water apparently comes from a well. When many guests arrive overnight, it can run out completely. The tap stopped flowing, and my mother couldn’t even wash herself.
We usually stay for 2-3 days, and our family has been coming here for our annual Anyer Beach trip since 2016. The locals are welcoming, and there’s a minimarket nearby, si putihmerah. The service feels fair for the price. They’ve even lent us a stove sometimes when we wanted to cook. You’ll need to buy food outside because none is provided, and swimming in the sea means going somewhere else. Here, you can use the pool. I’ve seen reviews from people who lost belongings, but our stays have been relatively safe so far. One thing really needs attention: the AC. It once stopped working overnight and stayed off until morning. The fan helped, but I was still sweating and couldn’t sleep properly.
The dinner was cold and the side dishes were tough, and the pool was dark, dirty, and salty, like seawater mixed in. You can’t swim at the beach because it’s covered in coral. This villa put me off taking a vacation there, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Really not recommended. The service was very poor, the lighting was inadequate, and the room felt creepy and was dirty. The bathroom light didn’t work, and the toilet couldn’t be used.
