The family running the hotel was very friendly, but that couldn’t make up for the room we got. We’re not picky, yet it was clearly unsanitary, with humidity and mold everywhere. I don’t know how a room like that can be rented out. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to get sick.

The owners were very friendly, and our room was clean. It was basic, but had what we needed, and the price was reasonable. The setting is lovely, within walking distance of Berastagi’s town center. We had two wonderful days here, thank you!

It’s odd that online booking doesn’t apply here.

The service was impolite, and they spoke in a rushed way.
