The manager dealt with my complaint quickly and was very nice about it. At night, a lot of lights shone into our room and made it really hard to sleep. It seems like a major design problem with the buildout. The date was 22/01/2026. Hope the owner sees this.

The airport location worked well for our early flight, and thankfully we only stayed one night. The room was small and smelled terrible. There was no proper shower head, and with no fan or window the bathroom felt moldy. The towels were smelly, poor quality, and in bad shape. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or the city.

We chose this hotel because our flight left very early the next morning, so we only stayed one night. We had booked a standard room through Booking, but were told none were available and got a free upgrade to a superior room, which seemed nice at first. They also asked us for a 200,000 Rp deposit without clearly saying why. We got it back at checkout, but that felt strange for a hotel that was supposed to be reputable. The upgraded room was still disappointing, with stained sheets, yellowed towels, and several visible things damaged. Dinner was a mess too. We explained that we're gluten intolerant and asked about safe options. They said there were some and showed us a menu. We asked to swap the grilled chicken for fish, and they said that was fine. After almost an hour, at around 10 PM, the fish arrived coated in wheat flour. The waiter barely understood English and couldn't explain what went wrong. We were exhausted and had no other options, so we ate only the egg omelet and some cold vegetables.

The restaurant meal was awful, and after eating there we were all sick for the rest of our holiday. The food was cold or seemed reheated from frozen and tasted terrible. The spring rolls were listed as vegetarian but had prawns, the beef burger was revolting, and the chips came stone cold. There are other places to eat at the airport. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, with very comfortable beds. The location also works for an early start, and it's fine for a comfortable overnight stay. Because of that restaurant experience, though, I can only give it a low rating.
